The story
A juice with a history
Noni — Morinda citrifolia — has been grown across the islands of French Polynesia for centuries, and Tahitian Noni was the brand that first bottled it at scale in the 1990s. The method has barely changed since: ripe fruit is gathered from island growers, cold-pressed into a puree, and taken through a controlled fermentation that gives the juice its dark pour and deep, earthy finish.
Noni on its own is a demanding fruit — tart, dense, a little wild. That is why every recipe in this catalog pairs it with berries: grape and blueberry juice in the original, a wider list of wild blueberry, pomegranate, mangosteen, aronia and cranberry extracts in the modern blend. The berries frame the noni rather than bury it, and nothing in either bottle adds sweetness artificially.
The original recipe is standardized to 30 mg of iridoids in every 60 mL serving — an unusual habit in fruit juice, where most labels stop at the ingredient list. It is one of the reasons the same households keep the bottle on the refrigerator shelf year after year.
